When will I feel a difference?

It depends on the product. N°01 works on the meal in front of you, so many people notice more comfort within about an hour of a heavy meal. Probiotics and synbiotics — N°02 and N°03 — work with your body over time, so most people give them a few weeks of daily use. N°04, our coffee, you feel from the first cup.

How do I take each one?

N°01 — with your largest meal. N°02 — one capsule daily with water. N°03 — one capsule daily with breakfast. N°04 — brew it like any ground coffee, every morning.

Can I take them together?

Yes. Numera is built as a system. The Morning Pair — N°03 probiotic and N°04 coffee — is designed to be taken together. As always, if you take medication or manage a health condition, check with your doctor first.

Are they safe?

Our formulas are made in the USA in cGMP facilities with named, dosed ingredients, and are intended for healthy adults 18 and over. If you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication, talk to your doctor before starting.

Where do you ship, and how fast?

We ship across the United States. Orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 3 to 7 business days after that. Standard shipping is $8, and free over $70.

What is your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it. Email care@numeradaily.com and we will help.

Is the coffee high in caffeine?

N°04 is a medium roast blended with adaptogenic mushrooms, made for steady focus rather than a spike. If you are sensitive to caffeine, start with a smaller cup.
